The Kailua Village Business Improvement District rolled out a new Street Eats Food Truck Festival offering a wide variety of cuisine options from food trucks and vendors from around Hawaii Island. The event kicked off on Saturday with nearly 30 vendors lining Alii Drive from the pier to Hualalai Road. Along the way there were places for visitors to sit and enjoy their food while taking in the view, the music, and the hula. Street Eats will return from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. on Dec. 2.
